Guy Milinazzo, Founder
I’ve been fascinated by what it takes to build a home for as long as I can remember. I got my start straight out of high school, framing houses, then moved into remodeling — demanding work, but I could see the results with my own hands, and that was enough to keep me going.
Eventually I traded my tools for a clipboard and stepped into project management — first with an elite millwork shop, then with one of the most prestigious builders in the state. Those decades in the field, paired with a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License I’ve held since the late 1980s, taught me as much about people and process as they did about craftsmanship: how to keep a budget honest, a schedule realistic, and a project where the architects, designers, and tradespeople are all moving in the same direction.
In 2021, I founded Glimpsewood Residential to bring that experience — and a more personal way of working — to luxury residential construction. These days, I’m just as invested in mentoring the next generation of builders as I am in the projects themselves. It’s an honor to put a lifetime of craft, care, and hard-won knowledge to work for you.
